Active New Jersey state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient, skilled nursing, or inpatient settings preferred. This requirement is client-specific and may be enforced. Experience with orthopedic and neurological patient populations preferred. Demonstrated ability to document in electronic medical records. Specific EMR experience may be required by the client.
