If you can work in any of these cities, we have clients who can use your support!Shifts AvailableDay Shifts: 7 am–3 pm, 8 am- 4 pm, 9 am- 5 pmMorning shifts: 8 am–12 pm, 9 am–1 pm, 10 am–2 pmAfternoon/evening shifts: 1 pm–5 pm, 2 pm–6 pm, 3 pm–7 pm, 4 pm–8 pm, 5 pm–9 pm, 6 pm–10 pmOvernight shifts: 7 pm–7 am, 8 pm–8 amExtended day shifts: 7 am–7 pm, 8 am–8 pmCaregiver ResponsibilitiesProvide companion care: conversation, activities, walks, and engagementAssist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility supportHelp with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportationGive medication reminders and keep daily care logsProvide specialized senior care for clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, or hospice needsSafely use assistive equipment: Hoyer lifts, gait belts, transfer boards, and wheelchairsCaregiver Pay & Benefits$18 to $22 per hour, paid biweekly.5 sick days and holiday payWe offer 401K Retirement and full Health Insurance BenefitsRoom for career growth within our franchiseBonus programs – extra cash for referrals, caregiver of the month awards, and more!Ongoing paid training and support – in-person and virtual training provided.Train hands-on in our Center of Excellence, where we have a mock-home environment to gain realistic training in!6 Months of continuous monthly online training provided, including dementia, chronic conditions, hospice, and more!A supportive and inclusive work environment that values YOU!Mileage reimbursementFree scrubs and PPEOne-on-one caregiving that makes a real impact24/7 office support so you’re never alone on the jobCaregiver RequirementsCompassion and patience: You genuinely enjoy helping seniors and making a difference in their livesReliable and responsible: Consistently punctual with dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.Professional or family/friend caregiver experience: Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not requiredPhysical ability: Able to safely assist with mobility, transfers, and use of assistive equipment (Hoyer lifts, gait belts, wheelchairs, etc.)Able to push/ pull up to 50 pounds and lift up to 30 poundsCommunication skills: Clear, respectful, and able to document care accurately via Wellsky Personal Care appBackground check and drug screening: Must pass all pre-employment screeningsLicenses/Certifications (preferred): CNA, HHA, or other relevant certifications a plus, but not requiredFlexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and some weekendsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED requiredApply today to start a caregiver career that makes a difference!
