**Schedule:** PM shifts, 10-12 hour shifts, all clinical

– 13-week assignment with potential for extension
– 40-bed Emergency Department with collaborative staffing model of 10-11 providers per 24-hour period
– Average patient volume of 1.8 patients per hour with 15% admission rate
– Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 with dedicated nurse/APP triage for lower acuity cases
– Comprehensive orientation including shadow shift and Expanse EMR training
– Emergency privileges available for qualified candidates

**Requirements:**
– Active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certification
– 1-2 years of Emergency Medicine experience required
– Valid state license or ability to obtain prior to start date
– Case logs demonstrating at least 50 patient contacts and/or 1,000 hours in Emergency Medicine within the past 12 months, OR recent graduate (within last 12 months)
– BLS and ACLS certification required
