Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the night shift production team
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards
• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to team members
• Monitor and improve production processes for efficiency
• Train and develop team members to enhance overall performance
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during the night shift
• Collaborate with other supervisors to align production goals across shifts
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce company policies
