Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunity

Up to $100k sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Seeking board eligible/certified emergency medicine physicians. Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired. The practice is at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital Richmond Heights, Missouri. SSM St. Mary's Hospital is an academic and community hospital. It is a 525-bed facility with a 50-bed emergency department. The hospital is a level II time critical diagnosis STEMI center. It is also a chest pain center and certified stroke center. The annual volume is 46,000 with a 25% admit rate. All sub-specialty backups are available excluding neurosurgery, interventional stroke, and pediatrics.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
