Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager – Class A Office Asset, Buckhead Banyan Street Capital is currently seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a Class A office asset in Buckhead, with additional properties as assigned. Minimum 3 years’ experience required. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player with exceptional customer service, verbal and written skills, and strong organizational and multi‑tasking expertise to coordinate a wide variety of activities aimed at ensuring smooth operations. Primary Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support to Senior and Regional Manager to result in effective communication between property team, tenants, vendors, and asset management. Primary liaison with tenants and vendors to facilitate all requests. Facilitate lease and contract administration to ensure tenant billings and property invoices are timely and accurate. Participate in the preparation of monthly reporting and annual budgets. Perform property inspections and create work orders, as necessary. Work with Microsoft Office Platforms (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Yardi, work order systems, Kardin, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. Maintain strong communication and organizational skills.
