Job Title: RN - Circulator EP Lab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Electrophysiology Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 06:30-17:00 Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 1 Year License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: One year experience in cath lab, EP lab, interventional radiology, or OR. Description: Contract position for an RN Circulator in the EP lab. The role includes four day shifts with no on-call requirement. The unit consists of six EP labs with a staff of 25 members. The typical staffing includes 18 lab staff members, one charge nurse, and three patient care technicians on the day shift. Patient ratios and evening staffing information will vary. Common equipment used includes Biosense Webster, Abbott, Boston Scientific, and Medtronic mapping systems. The EMR utilized is Meditech. Permanent positions are available in the unit. Common procedures include ablations, device implants, device extractions, and structural heart interventions. Candidates should be adaptable to daily case fluctuations and foster team cohesiveness. Scrub color is blue, provided by the facility. This role is designed for healthcare professionals seeking to enhance their skills in a dynamic electrophysiology environment.
