Senior Financial Reporting & Compliance Manager (CPA) - Equity + Bonus
Elutia
Elutia seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to partner with the Corporate Controller and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring strict alignment with US GAAP, SEC rules and SOX controls. Lead the close process and drive continuous financial system improvements across the finance team.
The role requires CPA, 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, hands-on ERP configuration (Sage/Acumatica or similar), and strong SEC filing expertise.
