Restaurant and Bar Manager Coyote Café – Hamburg, NY Full-time | On-site About the Role Coyote Café is looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead our operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about food, drinks, and people. As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage and train staff, ensure top-quality service, and implement strategies to grow sales across all departments — with a focus on the bar, banquet, catering, and takeout.
