Role Store Manager Contract Details Contract Type: Permanent, Contract Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) Location: VPZ Kettering. Expected to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends. What you'll be doing Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role Organised to effectively plan priorities and be able to respond to deadlines and challenges Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling in line with company procedures and best practice Experience you’ll bring Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail or hospitality environment Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to cope with changing priorities, maintaining a calm and resilient work ethic Able to work well under pressure when required. Familiarity with vaping products would be beneficial but not essential as industry-leading training will be provided.
