What You ll Do
Provide primary care services to patients of all ages in an outpatient settingManage a volume of approximately 20 patients per dayConduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plansCollaborate with healthcare team members to deliver quality careDocument patient encounters efficiently using Epic EHR systemAttend bi-weekly Epic training sessions (after credentialing and prior to start)Adapt to changing needs across two facility locations
What You Need
Active Georgia Medical License; Board Certified or Eligible in Family MedicineMinimum 2+ years of outpatient primary care experienceAbility to see patients of all agesStrong communication and patient management skillsWillingness to travel between Fayette Medical Center and Stonecrest Medical Center as needed
