Production Operator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator II to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate production and packaging equipment, monitor product quality, maintain a safe work environment, and contribute to the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

• Operate and monitor assembly and downstream packaging automation equipment.
• Start machines, observe operations, identify malfunctions, and report issues to technicians or supervisors.
• Respond to machine alarms, clear jams, and address sensor or leak detector alerts.
• Stage packaging materials and work-in-process (WIP) components.
• Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Pack and label finished products according to specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and enter production data into DELMIAWorks (formerly IQMS).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company Health, Safety, Quality, GMP, HACCP, and SQF requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Follow cGMP and Good Hygiene Practices.
• Perform basic sanitation functions.
• Identify and report food safety, quality, process, or safety concerns.
• Support HACCP and SQF programs and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Initiate actions to prevent nonconforming products and execute hold procedures when required.
• Adhere to all Food Defense and Food Fraud prevention policies.

• High school diploma or vocational/technical school graduate.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend work instructions, procedures, and safety documentation.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• 1-3 years of production operator or manufacturing experience.
• Additional education in manufacturing, operations, or a related technical field.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 manufacturing environments.
• Experience using precision measuring devices such as comparators, dial indicators, and Go/No-Go gauges.

• Stand for the majority of the shift.
• Frequently use hands and arms; reach, bend, twist, stoop, and crouch.
• Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds independently; heavier loads may be moved with equipment assistance.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including uniforms, gloves, and hairnets as applicable.

• 6:00am - 6:15pm
• 6:00pm - 6:15am
• Sunday through Tuesday and every other Saturday

• Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.#IND345
