Sitework Laborer – Southern NH & Maine

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Sitework Laborer for a trusted customer in Southern New Hampshire and Maine. This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity with room for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

Assist with site clearing and excavation
Support the installation of underground utilities
Operate plate compactors and basic construction tools
Assist with foundation preparation and site development
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures

Qualifications

Previous construction or sitework experience preferred
Experience with pipe laying, dirt work, or underground utilities is a plus
Heavy equipment experience is beneficial but not required
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Willingness to travel up to 45–60 minutes from the Portsmouth area
