Location: Boise, ID ( Must live within driving distance )

Compensation: $200,000+ ( Base + Commission + Bonuses ) OTE

$20,000 Sprint Bonus if you can close $300,000 in gross profit within the first 6 months!

You'll spend your time meeting with motivated homeowners, building customized solutions, managing follow-up communication, and negotiating signed contracts. We provide a steady flow of qualified leads - no cold calling, door knocking, or self-generated prospecting.

We are hiring a driven Field Sales Representative to meet face-to-face with homeowners, understand their goals, present win-win real estate solutions, and negotiate signed purchase agreements.

This is a face-to-face, outside sales position covering the Treasure Valley area. You'll meet directly with homeowners in their homes to discuss property solutions and negotiate contracts.

If you dominate in negotiation, feel passionate about helping people find solutions, have the ability to navigate through unique situations, and want a six-figure income in sales, this role is built for you.

Responsibilities

• Meet with motivated seller leads provided by our marketing team
• Build trust and uncover seller motivations
• Conduct in-home property evaluations throughout Boise and the surrounding areas
• Analyze property condition and investment potential
• Present purchase options and negotiate contracts
• Follow up consistently to convert warm leads
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and pipeline tracking
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and contract goals

Qualifications

• Must live within daily commuting distance of Boise, ID
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 2+ years of outside sales, in-home sales, or commission-based sales experience
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable discussing sensitive situations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Competitive mindset with high accountability
• Willing to get uncomfortable, implement feedback, and strive for improvement every day!
