We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a small, supportive team where you will spend a full hour with each hygiene patient—no double-booking or rushing. Dental hygienist

Conduct comprehensive dental hygiene assessments and cleanings with a focus on patient comfort and education.

Utilize advanced imaging technology including digital X-rays, CBCT scans, and extraoral bitewings to assist with diagnoses.

Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment options.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and document treatment plans.

Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.

Adhere strictly to infection control and safety protocols.

Participate in ongoing continuing education opportunities to stay current with best practices and new technology.

full-time $52 - $58 per hour

Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
• Licensed dental hygienist

Current Minnesota Dental Hygiene license.

Strong communication and patient education skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Commitment to delivering the highest standard of patient care.

Entry-level candidates welcome.
