Supply Chain Coordinator

As our Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you'll drive vendor relationships, deliver cost savings, and find smart sourcing solutions that keep our teams equipped and our customers supported. If you're organized, collaborative, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you. What You'll Take Ownership Of Procurement & Purchasing

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Develop and implement Sourcing Strategies for the main categories of spend.

Data Analysis & Reporting * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Savings, Cost Avoidance, and lead time.

• Use Microsoft Dynamics to analyze performance and generate reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Compliance & Risk Management * Ensure supply chain activities comply with company policies, laws, and ethical standards.

• Mitigate supply risks by developing contingency and sourcing plans.
• Expand and implement policies and processes in alignment with company's ESG

(Environmental, Social, and Governance) goals Collaboration & Communication * Work cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, finance, and operations teams. * Communicate updates to management and stakeholders regarding supply chain performance. * Provide leadership and procurement guidance to Purchasing team Perks, Pay, and Benefits * Salary range of $59,000- $79,000 annually, based on your experience and skills

What You'll Bring

• Requires a bachelor's degree
• Recommended 5 years of purchasing experience
• Recommended 1-3 years of direct vendor management and negotiation
• Experience with purchasing in an ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics and

SAP

* Proven experience in sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and cost analysis. * Ability to develop strategic procurement plans and align supply chain strategies with long-term business goals. * Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, KPIs, and performance dashboards. * Skilled at building supplier relationships and driving cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and process improvement skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work independently and manage

competing priorities effectively. Equivalent combinations of education, training, or hands-on experience are welcome.
