Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing teams. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing and customer information in SAP, coordinating product samples, preparing reports, and assisting with trade shows and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have prior sales support, customer service, or administrative experience and must be comfortable working with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain approved customer pricing in SAP.
  
• Maintain accurate customer information, including new accounts, shipping locations, and end-user assignments.
  
• Manage product sample inventory, replenishment, availability, and shipment coordination.
  
• Prepare rebate reports and supporting documentation.
  
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team.
  
• Assist the Marketing team with reports, documentation, databases, and other marketing-related projects.
  
• Maintain product launch trackers, directories, and internal records.
  
• Support the coordination of trade shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives.
  
• Communicate with vendors and assist with event materials, logistics, and follow-up.
  
• Prepare presentations and internal materials using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and data using Microsoft Excel.
  
• Ensure information is accurate, organized, and completed within established deadlines.
  
• Coordinate with multiple departments and respond to internal and customer requests in a timely manner.
  

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
  
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, sales administration, marketing support, or a similar role.
  
• SAP experience is required, preferably involving customer master data, pricing, or sales-related processes.
  
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are required, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and working with spreadsheets and reports.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other standard Microsoft Office applications.
  
• Previous experience supporting marketing activities, events, or trade shows is a plus.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  
• Proactive, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
  
• Fluency in English is required. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are a plus.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
