  • Content Creation: Lead the preparation of high-quality pitch books, confidential information memorandums (CIMs), management presentations, and board materials.
  • Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, private equity sponsors, and legal/accounting advisors throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor, train, and manage analysts, ensuring quality control and fostering professional development within the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of four (4) years of direct M&A experience within an investment bank, boutique advisory firm, or corporate development role.
  • Location: Ability to work on-site in the NYC office five days a week (no remote/hybrid flexibility).
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with a flawless command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
  • Licensing: Series 79 and 63 certifications (or equivalent) are preferred, or required to be obtained shortly after hiring.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sector Knowledge: Experience or a demonstrated interest in the Healthcare Services landscape (e.g., physician practice management, behavioral health, pharma services, home health, dental service organizations) is a strong plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with a performance-driven bonus structure.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • A collaborative, high-energy environment with direct exposure to senior leadership and marquee deal flow.
