Production Lead

Job Requisition # 034877 Production Lead (Open) Schedule Training Schedule : Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM, occasional Saturday shifts. Regular Schedule (After Training) : Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, occasional Saturday shifts. Key Responsibilities Self‑monitor and manage the scope of the basic production process. Report defective materials or questionable conditions. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly state and follow safety regulations. Inform supervisor of any complex problems. Understand and enforce production policies, procedures. Document quality problems and implement prevention measures. Assist supervisor with performance and scheduling. Assist with colleague training on the line. Follow safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Must hold a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least five years of relevant experience. Knowledge & Skills Record‑keeping and documentation skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. In‑depth understanding of the production process. Teamwork and collaboration. Willingness and ability to coach and develop others. Compensation The pay range is $24.09 to $41.01 per hour annually. Starting rates typically fall between $24.09 and $25.00. Offers may vary based on market data, experience, and geographic location.
