SDR- Appointment Setter Remote

Spark is a new program from Zoek, an 11-year-old digital marketing agency with 120 people and more than 150,000 websites built. Spark finds the people who visit a business's website and leave without reaching out, puts them back in front of that business, and assigns a dedicated account manager to the account every month. Our clients are established service businesses with real traffic and real ticket sizes: roofers, dentists, law firms, and home services companies, investing $1,000 to $3,000 a month.

We are hiring three experienced SDRs to launch it together. This is not a seat on a team that already exists. You will help build the playbook, and your recorded calls will shape the script every Friday.

We are looking for a skilled professional, not an entry-level dialer. The pay, the coaching, and the growth path reflect that.

What you'll do

• Run 150+ dials a day through a parallel dialer, reaching business owners from lists built on their own website traffic
• Lead a focused three-minute screening call. You give the owner their traffic number, then decide whether they qualify to meet with our team
• Verify four qualifying criteria on every call, confirmed, not assumed
• Book a 25-minute evaluation with an Account Executive and lock it on the calendar while the owner is still on the line
• Log every call accurately, because what you log is what you're paid on

Who does well here

• 2 to 3 years in a phone-heavy sales, SDR, or appointment-setting role. You've done real volume and you know what a no sounds like at 2pm on a Thursday
• You're comfortable telling a prospect they don't qualify. Half this job is knowing when to walk away
• You can read a number on a screen and explain what it means in plain English
• You'd rather be measured on shows and closes than on activity
• Bonus: you've sold to or worked inside a service business and know what a roofer's Tuesday looks like
