As a CNA at our facility, you will contribute to delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. About the Role As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to provide basic care to our residents, including: Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Assisting with mobility and transferring residents Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents Providing emotional support and companionship to residents Assisting with vital signs, toileting, and incontinence care Reporting changes or concerns to licensed nurses Responsibilities Provide direct care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care Participate in resident assessments and care planning Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, families, and coworkers Why Choose Mystic Meadows Rehab & Nursing Center?
