If so, we want you to join our highly skilled team at Highwire Coffee Roasters! Highwire Coffee Roasters is looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to learn the art of coffee with us. Coffee experience is a bonus, but not required. We will train you to become an amazing Barista and help create a special experience for our guests-no coffee experience required! What You'll Do:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, even during peak hours.
- Uphold Highwire's standards for operational excellence and hospitality.
- Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of coffee and our unique Highwire approach.

- A lover of coffee and people: You have a genuine interest in coffee and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality
- Detail-oriented: You take pride in your work and pay attention to the little things that make a big difference
- A team player: You are a pleasure to work with and contribute to a supportive and respectful atmosphere
- Results-driven: You are motivated to help our cafe grow and build customer loyalty
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but a strong desire to learn is essential
- Starting wage of $18.67/hr plus tips (Average total starting earnings: $26-$30/hour)
