As a Product Advisor III -REBA within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. The Product Advisor III supports the Private Bank in the evaluation and execution of investment real estate lending as part of a broader client strategy. This is a client-facing role that works closely with Banking Advisors and the Credit team, partnering from initial client conversations through deal closing. The ideal candidate will possess strong credit skills and a deep understanding of the investment real estate landscape, including underwriting practices and associated risks. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, along with strong attention to detail, are essential for success in this role. This position will support advisors across the territory, with primary coverage expected to include the Midwest and West regions. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. Industry relevant experience is typically 8+ years. Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
