Job Title

Must be able to drive manual transmission truck.

CDL-A license required. Must be able to pass a DOT exam. Must be able to pass a MVR.

Local/regional driving only - home the same day.

• Responsible for the safety and security of the truck and equipment, which includes pre- and post-trips, and completion of the daily checklist.
• Responsible for promptly reporting to immediate supervisor all accidents involving truck, personal injury, or property damage.
• Communicate with material handlers regarding start and finish of load/unload, and where to dock.
• Act as a personal representative of SPG/Complete Packaging and ensure that all customers are treated courteously. Immediately report any problems to your supervisor.
• Always maintain a safe working environment and monitor all work processes for safe working conditions.
• Maintain a clean truck and working area.
• Inform the supervisor of any safety or quality issues.
• Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum education, experience, certifications, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.

Education & Experience:

Must have a CDL-A.

Must be able to pass a DOT exam.

Must be able to pass a MVR.

Skills/Abilities:

Ability to read and understand work instructions, as well as to communicate effectively.

Ability to work scheduled work hours, along with occasional required overtime.

Ability to effectively self-manage time and service multiple areas.

Supervisory Responsibility: None.

Working Conditions:

The work environment for this position is a truck and warehouse environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The environment may be dusty and may experience temperature fluctuations based on weather which exposes the employee to outdoor conditions.
