Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team serving seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on functional mobility, strength, balance, and safety to improve quality of life. You will document outcomes, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
