You will assess nutritional status, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' quality of life. The role is hybrid, scheduled for 17 hours weekly at Farmington Presbyterian Manor and 8 hours every other week at Rolla Presbyterian Manor.
