To support our groomers, we have a dedicated professional call center that manages all scheduling, client communication, and route optimization—meaning you only focus on what you love: grooming and caring for pets!
What We Offer
- Top Pay: 40% Commission on every service + 100% of your tips .
- Stability: This is a W-2 position , providing you with legal stability and peace of mind.
- Fully Equipped Van & Paid Supplies: We provide the mobile grooming van, fuel (gasoline), and all professional products (premium shampoos, conditioners, etc.).
- Work-Life Balance: 2 days off per week with a flexible schedule.
- No Administrative Stress: Our call center books your appointments and optimizes your daily driving routes.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, full-service grooming sessions for dogs (and cats, if experienced) inside our specialized mobile grooming vans.
- Safely handle and manage pets of various sizes, temperaments, and breeds, including senior pets and dogs with challenging or aggressive behaviors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary mobile workstation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the premium values of Love Pets Makeover.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional pet grooming experience.
- Technical Skills: Exceptional scissoring and hand-clipping skills are absolutely indispensable.
- Pet Handling: Confident and compassionate ability to handle aggressive, anxious, or elderly pets with bad behavior, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Tools: Groomers must provide their own personal styling tools (clippers, scissors, blades, brushes, etc.).
- Legal & Logistics:
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexibility with schedules to adapt to booking needs.
