The Home Care Aide (HCA), also referred to as a Caregiver, is classified as unlicensed personnel employed by a Home Care Organization (HCO) to provide non-medical home care services. These services support clients who, due to advanced age, physical, or mental disability, are unable to perform these tasks independently.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assists residents with activities of daily living, such as:
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Transfers
• Feeding
• Preparing or heating up meals
• Medication reminders
• Maintain a clean, and orderly environment for the individual by completing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Accompany client to medical appointments and other errands.
• Allowing and encouraging clients to do as much of their own care as possible.

Requirements:

• HCA registration with CDSS
• Negative TB test
• Reliable Transportation

**ON CALL, EVENING AND WEEKEND SHIFTS** Part-time and full-time positions are available starting at $16.50-$18 per hr based on experience. Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
