Position Purpose: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
• Inspect products for damage and verify accuracy of shipment contents.
• Organize and store inventory in the correct locations.
• Label and store chemicals according to company standards and regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, EPA).
• Assist in periodic warehouse cleaning and waste disposal
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Adhere to all company policies and OSHA safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
• Work with other warehouse team members to effectively complete assigned tasks

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High school diploma/GED required
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Previous warehouse experience 1-2 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SAP & Excel
• Comfortable working independently
• Teamwork, Dependable, and Reliable
