Key Responsibilities:

• Fabrication & Assembly: Build and assemble products using automated manufacturing equipment and hand tools.
• Follow Specifications: Read, understand, and execute tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Process Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost team efficiency.
• Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all safety guidelines, including the proper handling of manufacturing materials.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with your department to hit daily production goals and assist in training new team members as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive work history (manufacturing or production experience is highly preferred).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Basic math skills, a strong knack for working with small parts, and excellent attention to detail. (Forklift experience and basic computer skills are a plus!)
• Communication: Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively in English for safety instructions and operational procedures.
• Reliability: A rock-solid work ethic with a commitment to strict punctuality and attendance.

Work Environment Notes:

• Comfort working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with potential exposure to varied temperatures, outdoor elements, and regulated manufacturing chemicals/materials.
• Commitment to wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 Per Hour
