Medical Technologist

CVRMC provides laboratory services to local physician practices and processes over 160,000 inpatient and outpatient procedures a year in a fully automated lab including Meditech LIS. Must be able to perform all clinical test in departments of the Laboratory to include Hematology, Coagulation, Serology, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, Clinical & Special Chemistry. Certain tests in Microbiology and specimen procurement. Performs a wide variety of routine and special laboratory procedures for use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Qualifications An Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred Must be ASCP or equivalent 3 years experience in a hospital setting preferred Generalist experience, including Blood Banking, Microbiology and Phlebotomy preferred Must be able to work independently Shift-1p-11p 4x10 hour shifts plus call and occasional weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center
