Pay & Schedule
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: Training will be Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM through August 28th. Full-time schedule: 4 10's, Wednesday-Saturday, 6:30 AM-4:30 PM (effective August 31st).
What You'll Do
- Understand and follow proper, safe operating procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Pull various ingredients to combine and make quality mixes for customers.
- Troubleshoot minor quality and production issues.
- Run bagging operations and stage product for shipment.
- Operate crushing and screening systems to produce raw materials.
- Participate in the 5S program to ensure clean, safe working areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Basic mechanical skills.
- Working knowledge of weights and measures and how to make process adjustments to maintain quality production.
- Experience with pallet stacking.
- Forklift experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Environmental safety and health rules and regulations training (OSHA training) - Preferred.
- Strong commitment to contributing to team success, initiating action, quality orientation, and safety awareness.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing facility where employees work around industrial mixing, bagging, crushing, and screening equipment. The environment involves exposure to dust, raw materials, and moving machinery, requiring consistent use of proper safety procedures and personal protective equipment. Employees can expect a physically active role that includes standing, lifting, and pallet handling throughout the shift, within a team-oriented culture that values cleanliness, safety, and quality at every step of the production process.
