Bulk loaders assist with the operation of a multiple loading racks and handle the loading and unloading of railcars and tanker trucks. Non-exempt role; Reports to the Foreman; Assigned duties according to specific procedures / work is checked frequently. Essential Qualifications:Occasional Overtime during the busy seasonMust have valid driver's licenseMinimum of 2 years experienceMust have forklift operation experienceMandatory Background Check & Drug Testing Functional Requirements: Assist with terminal / distribution operations by performing loading and unloading activities; Monitor products transferred to and from tanks, vessels, or pipelines at terminal site; Assist with terminal maintenance duties as needed maintaining equipment in operating condition; Catch samples as per Standard Operating Procedure; Input information into electronic hand-held device which documents Standard Operating Procedure; Load trucks, railcars and unload raw materials from outside suppliers and intra-plant Units; Track mobile movement & spot railcars and tanker trailers; Assist customers and/or producers with any problems that may arise; Special assignment duties and call out as required. Subject to random DOT drug screening CompensationFinal agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience. BenefitsDepending on your employment status, benefits include health, dental, vision, life, ADD, voluntary life / ADD, disability benefits, leaves of absence, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, telehealth access, and employee assistance program. Physical Involvement:Employee may be required to do the following: climbing ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level; maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds structures, etc.; reaching in all directions, handling and manipulating objects and materials; coordinating the movements of eyes, hands and fingers to operate tools and equipment; lifting 30 to 100 pounds from ground level, waist level, and/or overhead; carrying objects, tools, equipment, etc.; standing; sitting; walking; pushing; pulling; bending; kneeling; crouching/squatting ; crawling; seeing with or without correction; hearing with or without correction. Turner Industries is an equal employment opportunity employer.
