The City of Green Bay Police Department is accepting applications for Police Officer. Lateral transfers are encouraged to apply and will be given priority review with potential for an accelerated recruitment and onboarding process. Pay Range: $34.62-$48.83 per hour. (Candidates without prior law enforcement experience will be hired at the starting rate, while lateral candidates may be placed within the pay range based on relevant experience.) The City of Green Bay reserves the right to invite only the most qualified candidates Requirements Minimum of an Associate Degree or 60 college credits from an accredited college or university by December 31, 2026. (Candidates who have not graduated from the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Academy are required to possess a minimum of 40 credits from an accredited university, college, or technical school. The 60 credit requirement may be reduced or waived if the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Standards Board grants an official waiver in accordance with their established policies and procedures.) 18 years of age or older.
