About the Role:
Buds Pressure Washing is seeking a motivated, self-driven Commission-Only Sales Representative to expand our residential and commercial exterior cleaning services throughout the area. This position offers uncapped earning potential—the more jobs you close, the more you make.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prospect and generate leads for residential house washing, driveway/sidewalk cleaning, soft washing, window cleaning and commercial properties.
•Conduct outreach via door-to-door, cold calls, local networking, and follow-ups.
•Provide quick, accurate estimates for prospective clients.
Requirements
•Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
•Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
•Prior sales experience in home services or exterior cleaning is a plus, but is not required.
Compensation
•100% Commission-Based (Uncapped earnings paid per closed job).
•Flexible schedule.
