As part of the well-established Magnolia Dental network, our New Day Dentallocation offers a collaborative, supportive environment with advanced technology and a team that values integrity, compassion, and continuous improvement.We are currently seeking a Part-Time Oral Surgeon or General Dentist with advanced training in dental surgery and sedation to meet growing surgical demand in our practice.Role Summary:This part-time surgical role is ideal for a provider who enjoys hands-on procedures and values patient comfort and safety. You'll be supported by an experienced clinical team and have access to modern surgical suites and sedation options.Key Responsibilities:Perform complex extractions (including wisdom teeth)Place dental implants and perform associated bone graftingProvide IV or oral conscious sedation (certification required)Diagnose and manage oral surgical cases with precision and careCollaborate with general dentists and specialists for interdisciplinary treatment planningCandidate Requirements:DDS or DMD from an accredited dental programActive Ohio dental licenseSpecialty training in Oral Surgery or minimum 2+ years of surgical experience as a General DentistIV sedation or oral sedation certification (required or willing to obtain)Current BLS/ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)Compassionate chairside manner and team-oriented approachWhat We Offer:Flexible part-time schedule (1-3 days per week, negotiable)Competitive per diem or percentage-based compensationEstablished patient base with steady surgical case volumeJoin Our Team:If you're a skilled surgical provider looking to build or maintain a flexible part-time schedule within a supportive and well-respected dental group, we'd love to hear from you.New Day Dental and Magnolia Dental are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in our team.
