About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Facility Operations to lead the end-to-end physical operations function across all current and future markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for running and scaling live facility operations, including pickup and delivery logistics, and leading the buildout of new facilities. This role demands a hands-on operator with a proven track record in scaling operations, strong financial acumen, and deep expertise in process design and operational standardization. The VP will also be tasked with establishing and enforcing compliance standards, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and partnering with the executive team on market expansion strategy. Applicants must have at least 15 years of progressive operations leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years at the Director level or above, and a background in logistics, fulfillment, facilities management, or services businesses. The role requires an individual with an entrepreneurial operating mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building. The ideal candidate will be a builder, take ownership of their outcomes, and bring energy and grit to the role. Key qualifications include the ability to manage and develop multi-level operations leadership teams, expertise in KPI building and performance management, and a strong comfort level with automation and robotics. A logistics or supply-chain background, particularly in route planning, fleet management, or last-mile delivery, is a plus.
