Volunteers of America Eastern Washington is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations of supportive housing properties, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality resident experiences. This role balances lease enforcement with empathy and problem-solving. You will manage leasing, move-ins, inspections, and coordinate maintenance while ensuring HUD/LIHTC and Fair Housing compliance.
