Clinical Lab Supervisor: Lead Anatomic Pathology & Cytology

Our client, a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to serving diverse communities across the New York City area, is looking for an experienced Clinical Lab Technologist / Anatomic Pathology Supervisor to guide daily operations. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Job Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across multiple Anatomic Pathology service areas Support Cytopathology functions (currently send-out based, with planned in-house expansion) Lead, train, and mentor lab staff to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance Partner with pathologists and lab leadership to ensure smooth, efficient workflows Monitor lab performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Ensure full compliance with regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards Job Requirements Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Anatomic Pathology Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related physical science- OR at least 5 years of equivalent laboratory experience, including supervisory responsibility 3+ years of supervisory or management experience preferred A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to quality patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
