About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Clinical Quality and Population Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the enterprise functions that drive clinical quality, population health outcomes, and operational excellence across patient populations. This executive will oversee a multidisciplinary team and be accountable for Medicare Star Ratings, quality performance, clinical programs, clinical operations, coding and clinical documentation, risk adjustment, and provider credentialing. The role is both strategic and execution-focused, requiring the ability to establish and execute enterprise strategies, develop leaders, and ensure measurable results. The SVP will also be a key liaison for the Chief Medical Officer's Clinical Affairs function and will represent quality and clinical programs in various executive discussions. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with a preference for a Master's degree, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in relevant healthcare functions. Deep expertise in Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, and value-based care is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a value-based care environment, experience in clinical and population health program design, and a strong background in clinical documentation improvement, coding accuracy, and risk adjustment. The role requires strong executive communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills, as well as the ability to influence across various functions. The SVP will be expected to travel moderately and should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
