To be successful in this role you should have experience with: Syndicated Lending: Knowledge of the syndicated loan lifecycle, including deal setup, servicing, agency responsibilities, and operational processes Supporting highly detailed business, operational, or technology transformation programs from inception through implementation, ensuring delivery against timelines and goals Partnering with Operations, Technology, Front Office, Risk, and Compliance teams to drive strategies and process improvements. Process Improvement and Transformation Experience: identifying operational efficiencies, implementing scalable solutions, and managing change within a lending or financial services environment. Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include Knowledge of ACBS and familiarity with ACBS loan accounting and servicing platforms, including facility and deal management processes in the Agency and Participation space Knowledge of LIQ and using LIQ for syndicated loan servicing, trade settlement, and loan operations activities You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. Change Management: Manages changes that directly impact their specific project, including scope changes, timelines, or resource allocation adjustments.
