We are seeking an experienced and patient-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to become a cornerstone of our clinical team. You will play a vital role in delivering premium preventive care and educating patients on the importance of oral health, directly contributing to the ongoing success and growth of our practice. Title Dental hygienist Job Description Preventative Treatment: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing with a focus on patient comfort. Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive oral health screenings, including periodontal evaluations and oral cancer exams. Patient Education: Empower patients through personalized oral hygiene instruction and preventative care counseling. Radiography: Capture high-quality diagnostic X-rays and intraoral images. Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate electronic patient charts in compliance with practice protocols. Collaboration: Partner with the dentist and clinical staff to co-diagnose and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Salary Range full-time $45 - $50 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday – Sunday: Closed Requirements Licensure: Active State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Clinical Skill: Proven experience in advanced periodontal therapy and preventative care. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building patient rapport. Professionalism: A reliable, team-first attitude and a commitment to clinical excellence. Safety: Current CPR/BLS certification and knowledge of infection control protocols. Preferences Experience: 2+ years of experience in a private practice setting. Technology: Familiarity with modern dental software and digital diagnostic tools.
