Contract | 13 Weeks | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement nutrition care for patients in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, regulations, clinical guidelines, and facility policies and procedures
• Coordinate with Culinary Services leadership to ensure safe and accurate food service is provided to patients
• Provide clinical nutrition oversight and support across the acute care patient population
• Assist with nutrition-related orders and provide on-call support for nutrition order guidance as needed

Required Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) credential issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration — must be provided at time of submission
• Active Colorado Dietitian License — must be provided at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience as a Dietitian in an acute care hospital setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience providing on-call or after-hours nutrition support
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in acute care environments
• Prior travel assignment experience in a clinical nutrition role
