This role is for someone who treats the dining room like their own home - making sure it feels clean, comfortable, welcoming, and well cared for at all times.

What You'll Do

• You'll greet guests warmly, manage the seating flow, and set clear, honest expectations.
• You'll keep the dining room clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout service.
• You'll work closely with servers and leadership to pace seating thoughtfully and support smooth service.
• You'll help maintain Steel City Pizza Company standards for cleanliness, hospitality, and guest experience.
• When something feels off in the room, you'll take responsibility for fixing it.
