What you have: You must be at least 18 years old. Clean driving record and ability to provide an annual driver’s abstract. Trustworthiness, especially with high-value assets. Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Physical ability to lift/carry 50 lbs, reach overhead, push/pull, stand, bend, crouch, and use hands repetitively. Ability to navigate work environments with industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and varying surfaces safely. Good communication skills for interacting with the public and understanding traffic signs and signals. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience: Customer service orientation, obeying traffic laws, truck loading/unloading, merchandising, donation support, organization, meeting targets, loss prevention, and safety.
