Senior IP Counsel, Molecular Diagnostics & Patents

Roche Diagnostics seeks an experienced patent professional to lead the intellectual property strategy for molecular diagnostic assays and sequencing technologies. You will manage a broad portfolio, provide counsel on patentability and freedom-to-operate, and coordinate with outside counsel to prosecute key patents.
Based in California, you will collaborate with R&D and business teams, align IP with company priorities, and participate in due diligence and licensing discussions as needed.
