Manufacturing Supervisor

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Production Supervisor in the Lebanon, TN area.

This role will support 2nd shift manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee 2nd shift production unit
• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to operators and other support staff.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety goals are met
• Monitor line performance, track KPI's, and address issues in real time
• Troubleshoot downtime, defects, and process issues
• Maintain standard work and ensure compliance on the floor
• Support Lean / continuous improvement efforts (Kaizen, waste reduction)
• Track scrap, inventory, and production data

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
• 2+ years of leadership in a manufacturing/production setting
• Post-secondary degree preferred (High school diploma or GED required)
• Must be able to work second shift hours
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S., as this client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
