Paralegal PositionA growing law firm is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and client-focused Paralegal to join its team.This is primarily a transactional, non-litigation position with significant direct client interaction. The Paralegal will work closely with clients to gather information, prepare legal documents, answer questions, and assist with their legal matters.Practice Areas:Estate PlanningProbateTrust AdministrationBusiness LawDebt Collection DefenseResponsibilities:Meet with clients to gather information regarding their family, finances, assets, liabilities, and estate planning goals.Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including:WillsTrustsDeedsPowers of AttorneyPrepare trust and estate administration documents.Communicate directly with clients and assist with their questions.Participate in calls with clients and creditors and assist with creditor negotiations.Assist clients with questions regarding retirement accounts.Prepare engagement letters and client agreements.Prepare and submit client invoices.Review legal documents and correct typographical errors.Conduct legal research and assist with administrative tasks.Attend networking events and professional events with the attorney.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredParalegal Certificate requiredProfessional experience with:Microsoft WordMicrosoft OutlookExcelZoomStrong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.Comfortable working directly with clients.Ability to work in person in Murrieta, CA.Preferred Qualifications:Trusts & Estates experienceEstate planning experienceProbate experienceTrust administration experienceTransactional legal experienceLegal document drafting experienceStrong client intake or client-service experienceCompensation & Benefits:401(k)Bonus potentialPaid time offDental insuranceHealth insurance optionsFree parkingMentoring and trainingGrowth opportunities
