At Allen Industries, we’re looking for an Oven Operator who can turn raw materials into the high-quality sign components seen across the country. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to meet you. What You'll Do: Operate thermoforming ovens and trimming equipment Form sign faces and backs to exact specifications Read drawings and artwork to ensure product accuracy Monitor temperatures, materials, and production quality Make machine adjustments to minimize waste and maximize efficiency Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hand tools Help create products that showcase some of the most recognized brands in the country What We’re Looking For: Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment Experience with thermoforming equipment is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate Ability to life up to 70 pounds independently and team lift up to 100 pounds Comfortable working in warm environments (90°F) Why Allen Industries?
