GL Material Handler - Phoenix At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a GL Material Handler to work with a leading logistics company in Phoenix. This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse and production operations. Shift Patterns 2nd shift Monday - Thursday, 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM, open to working extra day when needed Pay Rates 17.50 USD hourly Essential Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to accurately count products and maintain inventory accuracy Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Authorization to work in the United States Desirable Skills and Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems Forklift, pallet jack, or material handling equipment experience Inventory counting or quality inspection experience Basic computer skills Experience loading and unloading trailers or containers Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable and self-motivated Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Adaptability and flexibility to support different tasks and departments Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Role Responsibilities Move materials and transport products throughout the facility Load and unload trailers or containers efficiently Perform accurate inventory counts and quality inspections Maintain high quality standards and safety protocols Perform general labor tasks to support warehouse operations Benefits Competitive hourly pay Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment Stable work schedule with potential for extra hours Supportive team environment Location Phoenix #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobandtalent
